This dry red wine offers flavors and aromas to include roasted pepper, tomato, leather, smoke, dried roses, oregano, mocha and expresso. This smoky delight pairs well with rich roasted meats, cured sausages, hard cheeses, herbs and tomatoes. Aged in medium Toasted American oak which enhances the slight accents of red currants and rhubarb with a gentle spiciness.
